It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Lynn Monroe of Clarksville, Indiana, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Sarah had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Sarah may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dudley Roney and Olivia Odell Parham Roney; her husband Jerry Finch Monroe; and her brother Dan Roney. She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Bryant (Dennis) of Floyds Knobs and Jan Louden (Scott). She is also survived by grandchildren; and 12 adored great-grandchildren.
