He was predeceased by: his mother Doressia Chambliss; and his grandmother Katie Chambliss. He is survived by: his daughters, Madielyn Chambliss (Shaun Terry Jr.), Tristian Chambliss and Jordyn Chambliss; his grandchildren, Mason and Samari Terry; and his siblings, Doreen Curtis, Ursula Groves, Micheal Chambliss and Kenneth Chambliss. He is also survived by his family and being Pop Pop to his grandchildren.
