She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel L. Meehan (Bower) and Robert Meehan; and her siblings, Beverly Baker, Joseph Meehan, John Meehan and Jerry Meehan.
She is survived by: her husband David Blair; her daughter Kristina Marie Blair (Zach Buskirk); her sisters, Patricia Pitts (Mike), Carolyn Hannegan (Doug), Penny Dilldine (Lyle) and Becky Edwards (John); and her friends, Tammy and Debbie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
