He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Troy" Kelley and Louise Kelley; his brothers, Galen and Calvin; and his great grandchildren, Dixie and Daisy.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kelley; his children, Sherri Pennington (Jeffrey), Crystal Miller (James) and David Kelley (Shannon); his grandchildren, JT, Tyler (Katie), Austin (Kelsey), Dakota, Jacob (Jozee), Jesse (Kylee), Kameron, Mersedes (Logan), Mason and Kiera; his great grandchildren, Layla, Lane, Troy, Wesley, Kimber, Gatlin and Bowie; and his brother Robert "Bob" Kelley (Lisa).
