He was predeceased by : his parents, Clinton Collins and Ada Collins (Van Horn); his wife Marybelle Collins; his sons, Redgie Collins and Ryan Collins; and his siblings, Forest E. Collins, Sybil Chambers and Rosalind Cutshaw.
He is survived by : his son Fred Collins (Kathy); his grandchildren, Lisa Collins and Casey Collins (Brittany); and his great grandchild Madelynn.
