He is survived by: his children, Eli Shepherd (Alissha) of Warsaw, Brian Shepherd of Fort Wayne and Kristie Osbeck (Steve) of Warsaw; and his sisters, Bess Blue of Warsaw and Brenda Ratzliff (Stan) of Clovis. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
