He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurise Vance and Cleo Vance (Sisk); and his brother Everett Vance. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Bumbaugh; his children, Mark, Lynne, Leigh, Jon, Debbie and Shawn; his grandsons, Eric Mackey and Luke Vance; and his sister Mary Ann Laird. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
