He is survived by: his wife Judy Clark of Claypool; his sons, Nicholas and Nathan Clark of Fort Wayne; his stepchildren, Susan Wright, Joshua Wright and Tequila Wright; his grandchildren, Dylan Sturch of Peru, IN, Ayden, Zayden Wright of Peru, IN and Scarlett Clark of Fort Wayne; and his siblings, Tom Clark (Pat) of Texas, Vickie Smith of New Mexico, Kelly VanOrder of Texas and Derek Clark (Babit) of Texas.
