It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia Hopper of Clayton, Indiana, who passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Georgia departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Georgia. Though Georgia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Powell and Blanch Wilson Powell; her husband Earl Hopper; and her daughters, Pam Lucas and Tami Alltop.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hopper, Steve Hopper, Morgan Hopper and Brandy Hughes. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
