He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Imogene (Fisher) and Jack Robert Stephenson. He is survived by: his children, Terry Stephenson (Lori) and Vicki Parsons (John) of Clayton; his siblings, Joe Stephenson of Plainfield, Patty Haymaker of Plainfield and Peggy Galloway of Columbus; his grandchildren, Brett (Chelsea), Amy (Garrett), Courtney (Gage), Caleb, Abby and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Lilly, Trent, Adley, Ryder, Hallie, Cheyenne and Carson.
