She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry "Cowboy" Phillips; her son Charles Robert Phillips; and her brothers, Ronnie and Jim Roberts. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lee Phillips (Samantha) of Groveland, Nina May Ashlock (Dennis) of Bradford, AR and Julia Jennifer Parrish of Clayton; and her foster siblings, Judy Nash Gregg, Dorothy Nash Green, Sue Rush Dague, Sandy Rush, Stephanie Hughes and Ping Moy. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 35 great grandchildren.
