He is survived by : his parents, David A. Cook and Shirley Cook (Cook); his children, David Cook and Lillian Cook; his sister Kathy Oprisu; and his nieces, Tiffany, Lauren and Sarah.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory (39 E High St, Mooresville, IN 46158).
