It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael David Skipworth of Clayton, Indiana, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Etchel Esta and Ruby Glee Skipworth (Short); and his grandson Derek Smith. He is survived by: his significant other Karen Skipworth of Clayton; his children, Becky Patino (Alex) of Lizton, Robin Smith (Robert) of Indianapolis and Butch Ganstine (Kelly) of Mooresville; his siblings, Darrell Skipworth of Beech Grove, Debra Patrick (David) of Whiteland and Randy Skipworth (Elaine) of Indianapolis; and his grandsons, Dustin Smith (Natsumi) of Japan and Matthew Skaggs of Greenwood.
