He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Morgan and Lola Morgan (Phillips). He is survived by: his sisters, Judith Johnson (Paul) and Janis Price (Geoff). He is also survived by 2 nieces, 4 nephews, 5 great nieces and 3 great nephews.
