He was predeceased by: his father Robert Max Smith. He is survived by: his children, Disney Smith, Justy Oldham and Sarah Simpson; and his siblings, Doug Smith, Bobbi Sammann, Carmen Branson and Macy Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mecca Christian Church (4921 Church St, Mecca, IN 47860).
