He was predeceased by: his brother William Miller; and his grandparents, Dick and Marilyn Sherrill. He is survived by: his parent Debra Miller; his brother David Miller of Terre Haute; his cousin Jamie Johns of Terre Haute; and his uncle Steve (Mary Sherrill).
