He is survived by: his wife Dolores Jan Milligan; and his brothers-in-law, Marvin Milligan (Jeanette) of Clinton, Carroll Milligan (Sandra) of Clinton and Karl Myers of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
