He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Watkins and Leatha Mae Slusser Watkins; and his siblings, Donald and Virginia. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Watkins of Warsaw, VA, Michelle Watkins Smith (Gregory Smith), Amanda Watkins Atenco (Miguel) of Indianapolis, IN and Dusty Watkins Domeika (Bradley Domeika); his sister Mary Evol of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Steven Asher, Alana Palmer, Jordan Palmer, Skyler Palmer, Allyia Hillman, Langston and Remington Domeika. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
