He was predeceased by: his wife Nelda Jolene "Jo" Twigg (Kelsheimer); his parents, Leonard Twigg and Ruth Twigg (Melton); and his siblings, Donald, Charles and Susan.
He is survived by: his aunt Barbara Blagg (Twigg) of Charleston, Ill.; his siblings, Mary Lumsdon (Kenneth) of Princeton, Ind., Thomas Twigg (Teresa) of Thomasboro and Patrick Twigg (Mary Margaret) of Champaign, Ill.; his nieces, Makenzie Fox (Austin) of Minnesota and Sabrina Beasley (Roudy) of Paris, Ill.; Matthew Twigg (Laura) of Charleston. He is also survived by many cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
