He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Haddix Sr. and Alberta Haddix (Collier); and his siblings, Wendell Haddix Jr., Steve Haddix, Terry Lee Haddix and Patricia Lynn Haddix.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Darlene Haddix; his children, David Lee Haddix (Kathy) of Mount Washington, KY. and Melissa Haddix of Clinton; his sister Sheryl Inman of Kansas, IL.; and his granddaughters, Kaida and Piper.
