He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ron Cohen, Ernest Neyhart, Violet Neyhart (Miller) and Dixie Trueblood. He is survived by: his parents, James A. Cohen (Helen) and Zelah K. Trueblood (Brent); his daughter Haizleah Jane Cohen (Minger); his siblings, Craig Cohen (Nicole), Tyler Trueblood (Amanda), Denise Dunkley (Chris) and Kaytie Sebastian (Brian); his grandparents, Jody Cohen, Karen Cohen and Joe Trueblood; his siblings' children, Devin Cohen, Aiden Trueblood, Ava Trueblood, Aubri Smith, Aleyah Smith, Emma Conder, Ethan Conder, Braelynn Reel, Zoey LaLoux, Ben LaLoux, Gunner LaLoux, Sammy Sebastian, Raquel Sebastian and Brian Sebastian; his fiancée Faith Stevens; his fiancée's children, Malori and Timber; and his pet Venus.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hope Community Center (7140 S State Rd 63, Terre Haute, IN 47802).
