He is survived by: his wife Janice Lohse Capps; his children, Paul C. Capps, III of Lyford, IN, Frank C. Capps of Asheville, NC, Kyle D. Capps of Terre Haute, IN and Amelia J. C. Shouse (Joe) of Lyford, IN; his grandsons, Justin Shouse, Jace Shouse and Ethan Craffets; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Lohse (Irma) of Clinton, Dennis Lohse (Karen) of Clinton, John Lohse of Clinton, Clark Lohse (Carol) of Clinton, Dan Lohse of Lyford and Tammy Lohse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
