He was predeceased by : his parents, William Franklin Buress and Evelyn Wilson Buress; his stepmother Naomi Buress; the mother of his children Judith Varda Buress; and his siblings, James Buress and Patricia Buress Gardner.
He is survived by : his wife Deborah Buress; his children, Joe Buress (Rhonda) of Lyford and Donna Hardesty (Mike) of Lyford; his grandsons, Jesse Hardesty (Christina), Andrew Hardesty (Samantha), Thomas Hardesty (Tisha) and Daniel Hardesty (Nichole); his great grandchildren, Grace, Emma, Rilee, Annabelle, Elijah, Caroline, Calvin, Jacob, Michael and Ruth Hardesty; and his sisters, Jayne Kinne (Bob) of St. Charles and JoAnne Buress of Austin, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
