He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell M. Wilson and Freida B. Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Marlene "Honey" Wilson; his children, Tom (Nancy) and Terri Williamson (Jeff); his sister Dorothy Felix of Broken Arrow; his granddaughters, Natalie DeLeon (Rolando) of San Antonio and Amanda DeWitt (Josh) of Clinton; his stepgrandsons, David and Scott Filchak of Clinton; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Madeline Dewitt, Davin Filchak of Clinton, Cheyanne and Cassidy DeLeon of San Antonio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Giovanini Funeral Home (408 Vine St, Clinton, IN 47842). A rosary was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 8:00 PM. A prayer was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church of Clinton (610 S 6th St, Clinton, IN 47842).
Rusty requested memorial contributions be made to Sacred Heart Church of Clinton or the Zorah Shrine Transportation Committee, Terre Haute.
