Though Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Dale Cooper and Kathryn Cooper; his wife Sallie Cooper; and his daughter Sierra Cooper. He is survived by: his daughter Rana Cooper; his stepson Michael Kaperack; his adoptive daughter Jessica Cassidy; his brothers, Greg Cooper (Debbie) of Princeton and Jeff Cooper (Lisa) of Danville, Illinois; and his uncle Merrill Weaver of Gas City, Indiana.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his aunt.
