He was predeceased by: his father Donald L. Kerby; and his brother Charles Kerby. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kerby (Umbarger); his children, Roger Bakemeier (Debra Tevlin), Nicole Ellington, Donald Kerby, Christine Kerby, Lindsay Kerby, Brandon Webb and Victoria Webb; and his sister Donna Daughtery.
