He was predeceased by: his father Charles D. Whitaker. He is survived by: his wife Judy G. Whitaker (Church); and his children, Jason Whitaker, Jenny Whitaker, Jamie Helton (Tim) and Jacob Whitaker (Wendy). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
