It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Dean Grounds of Cloverdale, Indiana, who passed away on July 2, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Grounds and Betty Grounds (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Christine Grounds (Douglas); his children, Darrin Grounds, Larry Grounds Jr., Carrie Hines (Jason), Jayme Ingalls (Ron) and Michael Grounds (Hetal); his grandchildren, Maddison (Travis), Kevin (Jessica), Kaitlyn and Leah; and his siblings, Toni Shrader (Howard) and Royal Grounds Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Whitaker Funeral Home (201 N Lafayette St, Cloverdale, IN 46120). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
