He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harold and Wanda Colleen Davis (Toney); and his brother Steve Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Shelly L. Davis (Seiple); his daughters, Mandy Davis and Dawn Cook; his sister Lana Phipps Reid; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Shoemaker and Keanu Cook; his great grandchildren, Hezakiah Hayes, Allister Shoemaker and Miliana Shoemaker; and his nieces, Maria Allen Williams, Lynn Allen and Dawn Allen.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home (4 Percy L Julian Dr, Greencastle, IN 46135). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
