She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Mullis and Evelyn Mullis (Cullison); her nephew Andrew Michael Mullis; and her friend Charles Tincher. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca D. Whitaker Mayfield (Dewayne) of Linton and Rob 'Fatz Whitaker (April) of Linton; her grandchildren, Rylie Daisha Mayfield (Brandon Ravellette) of Michigan City, IN and Rogan Demery Mayfield of Linton; her stepgrandchildren, Haley Scott of Carlisle, Indiana and Markie Scott of Linton; her friend Trish Whitaker; and her brother Terry Joe Mullis (Nancy) of Linton.
