He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Harp, Austin Harp, Tyler Harp, Jordan Harp, Courtlynn Harp, Braylin Harp, Mason Harp, Kenzie Harp, Brionna Skaggs and Brittney Skaggs; and his sisters, Robin Mitchell and Donna Smith (Gregory Smith). He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
