It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Lee Fugate Sr. of Coalmont, Indiana, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam M. Fugate and Annie Fugate (Combs); and his brother Johnnie Fugate. He is survived by: his wife Toni Fugate of Coalmont, IN; his children, Patrick Lee Fugate Jr. of Indianapolis, IN, Leanna Polson (Danny) of Greenwood, IN and Jennifer Fugate (Michael) of Martinsville, IN; his stepsons, Robert Lovelace of Vincennes, IN and James Grantham of Terre Haute, IN; his grandchildren, Kaydance Polson, Hayden Polson, Harrison Polson, Hudson Polson, Anna Polson, Gabriella, Autumn, Zaydic and Zander Lovelace; and his siblings, Brenda Stidham (Bunny) of Hazard, KY, Doris Smith (Lawrence) of Indianapolis, IN and Adam Fugate Jr. (Judi) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
