He is survived by: his children, Chad Moore (Brittani) of Frankfort, Krissy Rehmel (Brad) of Coalmont, Renda Jones (Rick) of Frankfort and Roxy Napier (Marc) of Jasonville; his grandchildren, Christopher, Cale, Aspen (Josh), Rayden, Wade and Addison; and his siblings, Bill Moore of Indianapolis and Patricia Cook of Martinsville. He is also survived by 4 Great-Grandchildren.
