He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Glen Melton, Barry and Grace Butler; his stepfathers, JT Caudill and Chris Mitchell; his uncles, Danny Melton and David Butler; and his grandson Josiah Dietz.
He is survived by: his parents, Margaret White (Brad) and Steve Melton (Teresa); his grandmother Christine Melton; his siblings, Ashley Polly (Robert), Ashley Caudill, Josh Caudill (Jessica), Steven Melton, Chelsea Fetz (Anthony), Samantha Tingle (Jonathan), Brandon White, Brittney Snow and Josh White; his children, Haylee Dietz (Lukas), Allie Melton (Ezra Roush) and Haiden Melton; his grandchildren, Klayton Dietz and Delilah Roush; and his niece Kyrstin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bousley Funeral Home (4980 Milton St, Coatesville, IN 46121). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Due to this sudden loss, Travis' family has asked for donations to be made payable to Bousley Funeral Home to help with his final expenses in lieu of flowers.
