She is survived by: her husband Harold Arthur Eizinger; her daughters, Sandy Rindfuss (Scott) and Deborah Whited (Ronald) of Georgia; her stepdaughter Valerie Constantine of Kendallville; her sisters, Ellen Thornsbury (Gary) of Warsaw, Lona Hyden of Warsaw, Loujean Flannery of Prestonburg and Edie Faye Brown of Prestonburg; her grandchildren, Ariel J. Ousley, Garrett T. Ousley and Carl Parsons; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Montgomery and Winter-Rae M. Ousley.
