We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2023, at the age of 93, Clela Mae Baxter of Columbia City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter W. Wince and Hildreth E. Wince (Hawn); her children, Linda Sue Ewing and James Baxter; and her sister Lurabelle Knote.

She is survived by : her husband Richard L. Baxter; and her daughters, Elizabeth Ann Walter (James) of Albuquerque, NM and Penny D. Haegert (Chris) of Larwill. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
