He is survived by: his children, Adrian Unruh, Draven Ivy, Atheena Ivy, Syrus Ivy, Asher Ivy, Phoenix Ivy and Brett Ruckman; his grandsons, Isaac, Donovan and Michael; his brother Joseph Ivy (Shannon); his niece Felicia Osbourne; and his nephew Chandler Ivy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeMoney Grimes Funeral Home (600 Countryside Dr, Columbia City, IN 46725). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in memory of Fred may be made to DeMoney Grimes towards final expenses.
