He was predeceased by: his mother Cathy Mullins (Perrey). He is survived by: his father Roger Mullins of Columbia City; and his brothers, James Mullins (Terri) of Russiaville, IN, John Mullins of Columbia City and David Mullins (Tammy) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
