He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard E Maciejack and Eula J Maciejack (Shepherd); and his sister Sue E. Maciejack. He is survived by: his brother Gary Shepherd (Carol); and his sibling's children, Michelle Lehmann (Gary), Matt Kukulka (Melissa), Terri Cooper (Harold), Karie Shepherd and Steven Petty. He is also survived by Several great nieces and nephews, one great great nephew, and several relatives.
