He is survived by: his wife Carol Johnson; his son Jeffery Johnson (Kelli); his grandchildren, Glorianna Johnson, Isabella Gettys, Tabitha Krider and Corinna Schoemaker; his son Alan Johnson (Trecia); his granddaughter Hailie Johnson (Trey McKinley); his great grandchildren, Bexley and Hoyt Michael; his daughter Jill Johnson (Jerry Reed); and his grandchildren, Alana Reed, Ronald Reed, Ryan Reed and Olivia Reed.

Memorial donations may be given in memory of Mike to Crooked Lake Association or Parkview Hospice.
