He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Fraley and Martha Fraley (Legge); and his siblings, George Fraley, Thomas Fraley, Louie Fraley, Deloy Fraley, Rollie Fraley (Gene), Martha Sallows and Clara Musser.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hinman; his children, Donald McKean (Mindy), Angella Hoeffel (Todd) and Rebecca Amick (John); his grandchildren, Owen, Kort, Cooper, Vivian, Maxton, Chloie, Summer, Claire and Emma; his sisters, Jan Myers (Gary) and Joyce Ice (Larry); and his brother-in-law Allen Musser.
