Chapman (Maloney) of Columbia City; his sister Lisa Chapman (Tony Duehmig); his sibling's children, Kyle, Kelsie Duehmig of Avilla, Mary Jo Cochran (Brent Lelonek) of Payne, Ohio, Madison Jackson (Cochran), Tyler Jackson of Fort Wayne and Cameron Cochran of Fort Wayne; his girlfriend Kate Shelley of Michigan; and his pets, Mayhem and Judah.
