He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Jean VanKirk; his wife Pam Lowe of Columbia City; his children, Douglas (Lori Lowe), Andrew (Sarah Lowe), Emily (Michael Brannaka) and Matthew Lowe of New Albany; his siblings, Raymond (Rita Lowe), Loretta (Carl Cloud), Bonnie Insley of Fort Wayne and Vivian DePriest of Jenkins, Kentucky.; Gwen Ellen Gwinn. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
