He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Pelfrey and Kizzie Pelfrey; and his wife Mary Lou. He is survived by: his children, Chip, Debbie, Dale, Shelly and Guy. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
