With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alleen England of Columbus, Indiana, born in Elizabethtown, Indiana, who passed away on July 19, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Burton and Bertha L. Hadley Burton; her siblings, James Burton, Paul Burton, Mildred Young and Donna Jaggers; and her pet Lady.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Billman (Bob) of Columbus; her granddaughter Eleanor Carspecken (Sunil) of Bloomington; her stepgranddaughters, Robin Alexander of South Carolina and Susan Billman of Columbus; her sister Wilma Jines; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kayli, MacKenzie Billman, Jake and Nick Alexander; her nephews, Ron Jaggers (Jennifer), Steve Jaggers, Don Jines and Dan Burton (Anita); and her niece Cathy Terry (Mike).
Memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home in memory of Ms. England to the Bartholomew County Humane Society.
