She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bob, Wilma Wright, Kenneth and Louella Scroghan; her father-in-law Larry Starr; her stepdaughter Kayla Starr Forbes; her granddaughter Baxlye Bailey; and her mother-in-law Katie Starr.

She is survived by: her parents, Joe Scroghan of Columbus and Diana Wright of Hope; her husband Curtis Dale Starr; her children, Jacob Scroghan of Columbus, Jacinda Stillabower of Columbus and Jamey Stillabower of Columbus; her stepchildren, Brandon Starr (Sabrina) of Bloomington, Katie Starr of Columbus, Ariel Bailey (Chris) of Columbus and Dazee Starr of Columbus; her sisters, Christina Klindt of Columbus, Dawn Compton of Columbus, Melissa Knox of Hope and Mandy Porter (Sarita) of Washington, Indiana; her siblings-in-law, Lynn Starr, Alley Morrison (Rusty) and Wilma Starr; her stepdaughters, Faith Garrett (Reese) and Caitlin Barnard (Anthony Burton); and her half-sister Vivian Day (Richy) of Columbus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
