He is survived by: his mother Pegi Chapple Owens (John); his sisters, Amy Warner, Jennifer Milan (Gary) and Theresa Cox (John); his nieces, Kayleigh Shirley (Travis), Hannah Milan, Larissa Hicks (Matt), Kelsey Pearson, Madison Cox and Maya Cox; his nephew John Cox III; and his great-niece Henley Milan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bartholomew County Humane Society, in honor of Andrew's love for animals and family.
