She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard G. Newman; her children, Johnny Newman, Mike Newman, Bobby Newman, Linda Muir, Richard Newman, Debbie Newman and Sharon Newman; her brother Jack Feasel; and her sister-in-law Emma Feasel.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Barkes (Todd) of Nashville, Indiana and William Newman (Tonya) of Nashville, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Sophia Johnson (Seth), Nathan Spalding (Joanna), Billie Crabtree (Kane), Liza Murphy (Cody), Chad Newman (Marley) and Malachi Barkes. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Myers-Reed Chapel (3729 E 25th St, Columbus, IN 47203). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
