Smith of Columbus; his children, Toni Smith of Columbus and Benji Lee Smith (Jessica) of Columbus; his son-in-law Mike Lyle of Columbus; his grandchildren, Brittany Cameron (David), Breanna Hash (Josh Brooks), Corey Hash, Alex Smith, Benji Smith Jr. and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Breanna Cameron, David Matthew Cameron, Arianna Mead and Isaac Brooks; and his sister Kathy Ortiz (Michael) of Louisville, Kentucky..

We do ask that visitors follow the social distancing guidelines once inside the funeral home and masks are required.
