It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettie Lou Miley of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Pieratt and Ruth Bundy Pieratt; her son Christopher Miley; and her siblings, Barry, Bobby Pieratt and Beth McAllister.
She is survived by: her husband Donald H. Miley; her daughter Melissa Miley of Greenwood, IN; her grandchildren, Aliyah Miley, Kyle Miley and Zachary Miley; and her siblings, Brad Pieratt of Indiana, Beverly Pieratt of Kentucky and Bonnie Howard of Indiana.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rittman Family Funeral Home (3855 25th St, Columbus, IN 47203). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
